So, I have to say this facility is the best customer service experience I have experienced in many years, and I am in the luxury business myself.
Charlie and Sue are a breath of fresh air to the local MB world and are much needed on the peninsula!!
Also, should your MB still be in warranty and it is taken in for a simple oil change....when inspected, they will inform you of any "warranty" covered issues they come across which may or may not be brought to ones attention at the dealership. I cant say enough about the professionalism of this operation.
